Key Personnel
With a network of over 40 branches you can imagine there are quite a few people working within Mr Clutch. The promise of delivering outstanding customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction together with over 200 people involved has generated a need to implement a constant series of training programs. This has allowed us to standardise the way we repair clutches, carry out MOT tests, replace brakes etc to best-practise methods we have pioneered.
This is done through a training and support team that makes regular visits and calls to each centre assessing development and identifying any training requirements. In turn, we listen to our team members for their input and if there are any other general repair services we can give our customers.
In addition to this, Mr Clutch is very much a family business, so we like to give everyone the opportunity to get together every so often. This is done with corporate events such as paintball, go-karting, football and other similar activities.
Once a year though, we have an annual conference where all staff are invited to come and hear how the past year has gone and plans for the future.
Awards are given to the best performing teams, individuals that have made a significant contribution and the best suggestions for improved customer service.
