Mr Clutch are extremely proud to announce that Feroz Callachand (Mr Clutch Acton) has been short listed to win the British Franchise Association - Franchisee of the Year 2007.

Feroz completed his presentation to the BFA, Wednesday 25th July and will now have to wait until the award ceremony to see if he is successful.

This years award is based around customer service and after the presentation Feroz said "This is one of the most proud moments of my life. The whole focus of my business is around making sure that customers are happy and I think this shows in the level of repeat business and customer recommendation we generate"
