Mr Clutch – Developing your Potential Training Programme

Mr Clutch is committed to the learning and development of every member of staff. This is achieved through a variety of training and learning opportunities throughout your career.

We will provide on the job training with a designated trainer to enhance and develop your skill and knowledge. Training will include general motor vehicle technology, customer service, diagnostic skills and health and safety.

You will have a personal development folder to track your progress and to record your training experiences, tracking your level of skill and competence.
