The success of the business depends on our employees and we are, therefore, committed to the welfare of all employees. We want to promote a reputation of being a fair and equal opportunities employer.

Our Management Commitments:

  • To encourage employee involvement. As a company we will seek your comments and feedback, as we value your input and will, where feasible, implement your ideas.
  • We have an open door policy, ready to listen, help and support. In line with our staff welfare policy we will do everything possible to assist with any work or personal issues. If we are unable to help we will provide contact details for external agencies and/or support groups.
  • All employees will be able to participate in a variety of training and development courses, seminars and workshops. The training will enable you to do your job with confidence and ease.
  • Your performance will be reviewed on a 6-monthly basis. This will be an opportunity for you to provide feedback and comments. Also, an opportunity to identify any training needs and candidates suitable for internal promotion as positions become available.
  • We will ensure that the National Support Team regularly visit you on site.
  • We offer competitive pay rates and benefits. You will be paid for the hours worked and on time; our Accounts team are available to discuss any problems in relation to pay.
  • We will ensure effective communication between the Head Office and Autocentres. We will share the company objectives and those of the team with you. We will use the company newsletter and intranet as a means of communicating how the company is performing.
  • We want to promote a first class image; we therefore rely on you to make a good impression and act as a brand ambassador.
  • We take all issues surrounding health and safety very seriously. We will conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure your working conditions are maintained to a satisfactory standard.
