• Your performance will be reviewed on a 6-monthly basis. This will be an opportunity for you to provide feedback and comments since your last appraisal. Also an opportunity to identify any training needs and candidates suitable for internal promotion as positions become available.
• We will ensure that the National Support Team will visit you on a regular basis.
• We offer competitive pay rates and benefits. You will be paid for the hours worked and on time. Our Accounts team is available to discuss any problems in relation to pay.
• We will ensure effective communication between Head Office and Autocentres. We will share the company objectives and those of the team with you. We will use the company newsletter as a means of communicating how the company is performing.

• We take all issues surrounding health and safety very seriously. We will conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure your working conditions are maintained to a satisfactory standard.
