Have had my mot and service done at Mr Clutch Sittingbourne for the past 3 years, always very pleased and satisfied with the booking and service I have received from the guys at Sittingbourne. They know me and my car very well and advised me that I did not need a new cam belt even though honda told me I did, they saved me approximately £300. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends

Absolutely brilliant service!! My Zafira broke down last tuesday and was stuck in first gear right outside the branch. I popped in to see if they could help in any way. Lloyd came out, took the car for a spin, and drove it into his garage. He called me as he said he would on wednesday evening and said the gearbox had gone and gave me a quote. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have had Brett and his team dealing with my car problems last weekend. They were the only ones within a 30 mile radius of Reading who could rectify my major car problem at a moments notice. I have had trouble with cars in the past, in particular over charging and mechanics not being clear on what the problem in. Mr Clutch and in particular the lady behind the counter was friendly and nice to talk to. Was very clear and had all information to hand I requested. She could not of been nicer. Had 2 visits to Mr Clutch. First visit the car needed some investigation and certain parts which took longer than expected to source but work was carried out at a reasonable rate. I received a voucher for a reduced price MOT so took it there rather than my usual garage. Faultless service, received a call about the failings of the car and was ready for collect long before I finished work.

Just had my Ford C-Max brakes pad replaced, just called in to ask if I could have then checked which they did straight away told me that the front and rear needed replacing and they said they could do them straight away which they did. Great coustomer service too. Thanks

Superb service! Actually saved me money by pointing out work I didn't need that other garages had said I did. Can't fault a thing - from the website to the phone call and receptionist to the mechanics. Considerate, polite and honest the whole time. Definitely my first choice of garage next time.

As a woman is always worrying going to garages as I've been ripped off in the past. Not here the man was lovely. I would of paid for a new gear box he told me mine was fine and didn't even charge me for topping up my screen wash. Really great service will always use them now.

I have used your Southend Branch a couple of times now and the experience has always been great. They give sound advice and are honest with what work is/is not required. As we were booked on a flight to Scotland 36 hours later, we had to be certain that the job would be finished quickly. I recently purchased a second hand vehicle and sadly the clutch was in a bad way. I contacted John and his team who took the car in and advised me what the problems were. As I had a 3 month aftersales warranty John liaised with them direct to take the stress out of me understanding the problems. My car was dismantled ready for inspection of the warranty engineer and once approved it was refitted and back on the road.....

"Honesty &Value" Could not have said it better with only adding the professional & friendly service from the staff at Southport. With a "leak" being an unknown source, no advantage was taken on the time taken to find, this reflecting on the bill. Another worth while trip from Liverpool to Southport.
