Offer Terms & Conditions
1.1 Website vouchers and offers must be printed and presented to the branch at the time of booking in the vehicle.
1.2 Voucher is not available in conjunction with any other offer, other than with a Mr Clutch Privilege card where the Privilege card discount will be 5% with a voucher.
1.3 Valid at participating branches only.
1.4 Vouchers are valid at the time of print and may be subject to change or removal at any time.
1.5 If a dated offer or alternative Autocentre's offer is presented then the current product range offer for that centre will be issued.
1.6 Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.

1.1 Mr Clutch Autocentres Ltd recommends that you print out and keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

1.4 These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use the online booking services offererd by this website.
2. The Contract Between Us
2.1 Once payment has been received, Mr Clutch Autocentres Ltd will confirm that your reservation has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. Mr Clutch Autocentres Ltd’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms.
2.2 In the event of an obvious error or inaccuracy regarding the services offered on www.mrclutch.com, Mr Clutch Autocentres Ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the services and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
3. General Terms
3.1 These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Mr Clutch Autocentres does not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
3.2 Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
3.3 These terms and conditions cover only the Mr Clutch Autocentres Ltd website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
4. Payment Details
4.1 Mr Clutch Autocentres Ltd accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and Delta. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion. Payment will be taken at the point of purchase.
5. Availability of Services You Order
5.1 If Mr Clutch Autocentres Ltd has insufficient availability to deliver the services you requested, we will notify you as soon as possible, where a rearrangement can be made for the services to be delivered or, and any sum debited by Mr Clutch Autocentres Ltd from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Mr Clutch Autocentres Ltd will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Mr Clutch Autocentres Ltd will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
6. Cancellation and Refund of Online Payments
6.1 You have the right to cancel any online purchase; within 7 working days starting from the following full day of the date of purchase. This cancellation needs to be in writing (including email) to either Mr Clutch head office or the branch where the contract has been booked. Mr. Clutch will re-credit your payment card without any deductions. If the service starts within the 7 working day cooling off period the consumer they will lose their right to cancel at the point that the service starts.
6.2 For any online service payments or online booking paid in advance for which you fail to keep the scheduled appointment or fail to notify us to make alternative arrangments or properly cancel, Mr Clutch Autocentres LTD shall retain fifty percent (50%) of the relevant advance payment and Mr Clutch Autocentres LTD shall refund to you the remaining fifty percent (50%) to your credit and/or debit card used for payment.
7. Changes to This Agreement
7.1 Mr Clutch Autocentres Ltd reserves the right to make changes at any time to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
