Mr Clutch continuously strives to improve the overall experience when visiting our Garages. As part of this commitment we have partnered with specialist Business IT Support Company – MPR IT Solutions Limited<\/a> based in Ashford Kent. MPR provide an award winning IT service and manage a number of large automotive businesses such as the JCB Group.<\/p>\n

Any downtime to our network can cause a knock on effect and bring delays or inconvenience to our customers. The first task for MPR IT Solutions was to audit our network and improve any areas of weakness to guarantee the best possible uptime percentage. Their goal during this audit was to find any areas that could be improved whist being simplified. This would ensure that Mr Clutch is keeping up with the ever changing technology of the world and bringing maximum efficiency to our business and our customers.<\/p>\n

Many of our valued customers have started asking for WiFi when waiting for any works to be carried out. Mr Clutch has listened to this feedback and MPR are now trailing WiFI portals at 3 of our branches. This technology will allow all of our visitors to access the internet whist on site, using the latest Wireless networking hardware we are guaranteeing the best possible end user experience. Whist offering our customers web access, we also know the importance of personal security and ensuring family safe browsing. These secure guest wireless portals give customers confidentiality and safe browsing. Due to the unique content filtering you have total peace of mind as standard.<\/p>\n

In addition to this interactive tablet bays will be installed. The tablets will showcase non jargon educational videos helping you understand our services better. Another function of these tablets will be to allow customer to give instant feedback which will be delivered directly to head office.
