Due to our continued expansion we are seeking a Service Advisor who can provide a welcoming and personalised service to all customers, advising on the best service and repair solutions.
The ideal applicant will have hands on experience in the motor industry with excellent customer service skills, a desire to succeed and the ability to support, develop and motivate a successful team. Requirements of the role:
To act as ambassador for the Mr Clutch Autocentre brand.
To deliver outstanding customer service.
To maximise volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met
To support the branch manager with co-ordinating and controling the work of Autocentre staff.
Support the branch manager with the security of resources, stock and monies.
Support the branch manager with maintaining company house-keeping standards.
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Hours: 48 hours per week (phone number removed) Mon to Fri & 8.30-5 Sat)
