We have a very exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Complaints and Satisfaction Officer to join our friendly team at our Head Office in Strood, Kent.
This is a very hands-on role dealing with customer complaints from across our network of autocentres, ensuring that all complaints are processed in line with our complaint’s procedures, from first to last contact.
The position requires a confident and empathetic telephone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to work well under pressure.
The ideal applicant will excel at conflict resolution, and be able to defuse and turnaround challenging situations and enjoy working in a team environment.
The role requires at least two years relevant experience and a proven track record in handling complaint resolution and customer satisfaction.
In addition to these duties, the successful candidate will also be required to assist with general customer service duties, including dealing with incoming customer service calls and enquiries.
