Their goal during this audit was to find any areas that could be improved whist being simplified. This would ensure that Mr Clutch is keeping up with the ever changing technology of the world and bringing maximum efficiency to our business and our customers.
Many of our valued customers have started asking for WiFi when waiting for any works to be carried out. In addition to this interactive tablet bays will be installed. The tablets will showcase non jargon educational videos helping you understand our services better. Another function of these tablets will be to allow customer to give instant feedback which will be delivered directly to head office.
