What is a Privilege Card and what are the benefits?

Here at Mr Clutch Autocentres, we really value our customer’s loyalty, which is why we’ve developed our Privilege Card. Our Privilege Card gives our customers exclusive benefits such as free checks, free top ups and exclusive discounts, which we’ll explain in more detail below.

What are the benefits of a Privilege Card?

Having a Privilege Card entitles customers to a number of benefits, including:

  • Exclusive 5% Discount on Majority of Bookings*
  • Free checks on:
    • Batteries
    • Engine Oil Level
    • External Bulbs
  • Free checks and top ups on:
    • Brake Fluid Quality and Level
    • Coolant Level
    • Screenwash Level
    • Tyre Air Pressure

Does a Privilege Card entitle me to exclusive discounts?

Yes, a Privilege Card does entitle you to an exclusive 5% discount on the majority of work*, so can be a great investment if you need to spend some money on your car.

How can I get a Privilege Card?

Most customers obtain a Privilege Card from having an annual Major Service with us, but you can also buy a Privilege Card in any of our branches for just £19.99.

How long is my Privilege Card valid for?

Privilege Cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase/service date. If you have another Major Service within that 12-month period, you’ll automatically get a renewal when your current card expires.

Where is my Privilege Card?

All Privilege Cards are sent out from our Head Office, so they can take a couple of weeks to arrive in the post. If you’re still waiting after a couple of weeks, check that the address on your invoice is correct, and if there are any issues, please contact our Head Office

Can I use my Privilege Card discount online?

We’re working hard to accept Privilege Cards online, but at present, you can only use them in branch.

Can I check if my Privilege Card is still valid?

You certainly can check if you Privilege Card is still valid by contacting Head Office or contacting your local Mr Clutch Autocentre.

*Are there any exclusions?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer the 5% discount on MOTs, gearboxes, tyres, main dealer parts, or in conjunction with any other offers.
